We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional support to our clients across various channels. As a Global Customer Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with timely and thoughtful solutions.
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate complex issues efficiently. A strong understanding of financial services and technology is essential, as you will be guiding clients through our trading platforms with clarity and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Point of Contact via Phone, Email, and Live Chat
- Troubleshoot Issues and Provide Timely Solutions
- Guide Clients Through Our Trading Platforms
- Manage Onboarding and Account Support
- Collaborate Across Teams to Enhance Client Feedback
- Follow Up on Service Concerns and Log Product Issues
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Portuguese Language an Asset)
- Strong Computer Skills, Especially Microsoft Office
- Previous Experience in FX, KYC, or AML (Training Provided for the Right Candidate)
- Confident Communicator Across Channels
- Calm Under Pressure and Driven by a People-First Mindset
- Detail-Oriented, Self-Sufficient, and a Team Player
