We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer success advocate to manage the end-to-end experience and lifecycle of customers based on our defined service strategy. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and have 3-5 years of customer service/success experience. They will also possess excellent planning, organizational skills, and ability to follow through until tasks are completed.
