**Job Purpose**
Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Leads the development of business plans for a specific product or product line.

**Location**:based in Rio de Janeiro/RJ.

**Responsibilities**
- Winning business, leading the development of business plans for subsea drilling and product systems;
- Handling complex products and services related sales opportunities requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment. Sales processes require technical analysis/adaptation to client conditions;
- Managing complex fast paced sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical/economical/logístical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal;
- Handling relationships with important clients for the subsea drilling and production systems product line;
- Collaborating technically and commercially across multiple layers of the organization to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions. Department is involved in medium/large-sized sales;
- Handling opportunities across country (Brazil).
**Requirements (Skill/Experience)**
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration and/or related from an accredited college or university;
Have proven and solid experience in Sales of complex Subsea projects;
Be able to communicate both in Portuguese (native/fluent) and English (advanced/fluent).
