About the Role We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will play a key role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring reliability, performance, and agile incident resolution in a dynamic and demanding environment.Main Responsibilities: • Provide Level 2 support to trading and investment platforms, resolving complex incidents in production• Perform root cause analyses and implement definitive fixes, in partnership with development teams• Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement• Develop and maintain support tools and scripts using Java and SQL• Participate in incident management, post-mortems, and continuous improvement initiatives• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (DevOps, QA, and business areas)Requirements and Experience: • Experience in application support or software development• Proficiency in Java (Spring, multithreading, REST APIs)• Advanced SQL proficiency (query optimization, stored procedures, data analysis)• Experience with financial systems, preferably trading or investment systems• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell scripting• Understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and ITIL practices• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder relationship skillsWhat We Offer: We offer a range of benefits that will enhance your career growth and well-being.
