The **Growth Marketing Manager** will work with content, campaign, and other marketing teams to create and execute **holistic marketing strategies** in region in conjunction with other marketing teams. The Growth Marketing Manager, Latin America Enterprise Clients will be a **go-to person and liaison for both regional marketing COEs and the business.**
**This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually, from one of our Latin America offices.**

**What the day will look like**:
- Support the ECG LATAM Regional Chief Client Officer and the ECG LATAM Regional Growth Leader on all commercial-related activities
- Marketing strategy and planning: Build working relationships with regional and growth leaders and align marketing strategy with business priorities and growth outcomes
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the regional growth priorities and industries to strategically build relevant local marketing plans
- Deliver growth priority themed content to support growth plans & elevate brand awareness of Aon insights; Tailor persona, buyer journey, message maps, and priority solutions, focusing on regional demand
- Oversee the planning and manage execution of regional client engagements and events in partnership with the ECG Client Experience Leader
- Partner with Industry Vertical Marketing Leader, Enterprise Clients to identify trends and insights by ECG priority industry to enable regional go-to-market activities.
**Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success**
Shown revenue growth success with strong project management and communication skills are important. Track record of organizing and completing detailed projects accurately and in a timely manner, and ability to deliver on deadlines.
- At least 7 years of experience in a marketing role in either a corporate or agency environment, ideally with some knowledge of/experience in consulting, insurance.
- Experience in multicultural environment
- Bachelor's degree Marketing or related field such as Communications or Business is mandatory
- Proficient Portuguese, advanced English and Spanish required.
