As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics. You should have hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot.
- Lead the optimization and management of the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration between tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, WordPress, and other marketing automation platforms.
- Collaborate with external vendors to provide support and serve as the primary point of contact for their Customer Success Managers during US hours while other team members are offline.
- Oversee marketing operations, including lead management, data hygiene, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Design and implement automation workflows to improve lead nurturing, scoring, and pipeline velocity.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and RevOps teams to align technology and operations with business objectives.
- Monitor and improve marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and enforce data governance best practices, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools, making recommendations for improving efficiency and performance.
