Business Development Manager – Brazil APS Resources is seeking a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client, a globally recognized provider of advanced AI-driven computer vision, biometrics, and video analytics solutions. Their technologies power large-scale deployments across government, smart city, aviation, banking, and enterprise environments worldwide, with high-performance on-premise and cloud-ready systems delivered through strong regional partnerships. As part of their expansion in LATAM, our client is strengthening their commercial team in Brazil. This role is fully focused on developing and growing the Brazilian market and is ideal for a senior, relationship-driven sales professional with strong experience in security technology, AI solutions, biometrics, or integrated video surveillance platforms. You will be responsible for accelerating market penetration in Brazil through direct enterprise and government engagements, as well as collaboration with system integrators and technology partners. Success in this role requires autonomy, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to navigate long, technically complex B2G and enterprise sales cycles. Reports to: Regional Director, LATAM Main Responsibilities Build and expand the Brazilian commercial footprint through targeted outreach, partner development, and identification of new customer opportunities. Develop, onboard, and manage relationships with system integrators, distributors, and technology vendors operating within the Brazilian security and surveillance ecosystem. Lead full-cycle sales efforts from opportunity initiation to tender participation, solution positioning, negotiations, contracting, and handover to project teams. Present, demonstrate, and promote advanced AI, biometrics, and video analytics solutions to senior stakeholders across government ministries, airports, financial institutions, and enterprise clients. Collaborate closely with technical, presales, and R&D teams to support POCs, pilots, and integration efforts. Prepare customer‑facing materials such as product presentations, proposals, whitepapers, and market‑specific documentation. Represent the company at regional industry events, security exhibitions, partner conferences, and government technology forums. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM reporting, and structured communication with regional leadership. Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships within the Brazilian market to support sustained business growth. Requirements Minimum 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2‑3 years selling security, biometrics, AI, video analytics, or integrated CCTV solutions. Proven track record closing large enterprise or B2G deals within the Brazilian market. Strong familiarity with the Brazilian security, GovTech, ICT, or smart city ecosystem. Experience working with or selling for leading vendors in the space (e.g., computer vision, biometrics, surveillance, identity management). Existing relationships with Brazilian system integrators, distributors, or government entities are highly advantageous. Ability to manage long, multi‑stage sales cycles (typically 8‑11 months). Strong understanding of hardware‑software integration, IT infrastructure, and on‑premise deployment architectures. Bachelor’s degree required; technical or engineering education preferred. Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working independently while coordinating with regional and international teams.
