Our mission is to be “ready for tomorrow” and to provide our customers with a sense of stability in the everchanging financial landscape and an opportunity to be prepared for whatever the tomorrow of business brings their way, so that while others observe, they can already take an advantage._**About the role**:**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement a CRM strategy for engaging and converting with different customer segments on different steps across CJM- Oversee customer review platforms and ensure seamless management of customer relationships and communications- Identify optimal services and solutions for CRM marketing, integrate third-party services, and participate in the development of in-house tools- Segment and analyze the customer base- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and plan communications- Plan, monitor, and report performance**Requirements**:- Experience in setting up and managing CDP platforms- Strong Stripo or similar software experience- Project management skills, experience leading cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects- Understanding of data collection, reporting, and analytics- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Upper-Intermediate level of English and above**What We Offer**:- Attractive monthly salary paid in line with experience- Vacation, sick, and paid holidays- A team of top international professionals to learn from- Multicultural working environment, growing opportunities, and many more**_ Join Unlimit Team now_
