Service Delivery Manager

The Senior Program Manager at HCL is responsible for overseeing program management, change management, and ensuring successful project delivery by applying agile methodologies. They will play a crucial role in leading and guiding project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regular portfolio status updates and track KPI's/ Metrics related to all project tasks assigned.
  • Collaborates and manages relationships with teams across geographies across various technology streams.
  • Ensures team adherence to business and compliance requirements (timesheets, billing inputs, CBT's, expense reports) across both client and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for team high billable utilization and productive engagement during non-billed period.
  • Participate and provide inputs during Solution development activities with the change management for complex projects.
  • Knowledge Management
  • Drives strong Knowledge management and sharing session across the teams.
  • Performs industry research on emerging topics and shares with wider teams.
  • Development of Knowledge Assets like Business flows, system flows and other relevant artifacts in the domains supported
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Actively engage with client PM's and BA's to understand Project plan, key deliverables & milestones, specific tasks assigned with relevant client approvals.

Skill Requirements

  • Proficiency in scrum methodologies and experience acting as a scrum master.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on change management techniques.
  • Sound understanding and practical application of agile methodologies in project management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges effectively.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., pmp, prince2) and scrum master certification (csm) would be advantageous.
  • Fluent English
  • SAP MM/TM

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification are preferred
