We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Growth Specialist to drive commercial impact across the nutraceutical market in South America. A strong book of business and established relationships with key accounts, CMOs/CDMOs, and major consumer health companies Proven success selling key nutraceutical dosage forms — tablets, capsules, softgels, and gummys. This role offers an exceptional platform to make a meaningful and immediate impact. About the Role: As a Commercial Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for: Driving new business growth by leveraging your existing network and opening high-value commercial opportunities Developing and expanding strategic partnerships with global key accounts, brand owners, distributors, and contract manufacturers Leading the full business development cycle — from opportunity identification to negotiation and long-term strategic planning Translating scientific and technical capabilities into compelling commercial propositions Collaborating closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies Managing contracts, commercial terms, and performance optimisation across partnership lifecycles Supporting international expansion through new market development and strategic alliances Representing the business at leading industry trade shows and events to strengthen brand visibility and network reach.
