Their solutions are used by global names like Volkswagen & IKEA – because they make the most critical part of the floor just as strong as the rest.HCJ is based in Genk (Belgium), with a close-knit team of 45 people and a current turnover of €14 million. Over the past two years, they have realized double-digit growth – and they are only getting started.In 2025, they joined Tremco CPG, a global leader in construction materials. This partnership gives HCJ the reach and resources to scale internationally, while keeping the speed and agility of a focused, entrepreneurial team.Your impactYou’ll take the lead on one of our most important growth regions:Central & South America, currently accounting for 30% of our turnover. Your focus?
