About Us

We are looking for someone to join our internal compliance and legal team, responsible for ensuring the company complies with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

This is a hybrid position based in Belo Horizonte (MG). Remote work may also be considered depending on the candidate's location.

Responsibilities
  • Support business areas on Compliance matters to ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable regulations;
  • Review and execution of KYs during client onboarding;
  • Contract negotiation and review;
  • Meetings with clients;
  • Liaison with other departments, suppliers, and partners;
  • Knowledge of national legislation;
  • Research on international legislation;
  • Implement and update policies to comply with Central Bank requirements;
  • Assess and identify compliance risks.
Skills & Abilities
  • Law degree, preferably with an active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association license);
  • Fluent English (will be tested);
  • Experience with regulatory matters in a Payment Institution or Financial Institution;
  • Strong and clear communication skills;
  • Organization and attention to detail.
