About Us
We are FacilitaPay, founded with the mission of creating connections between global companies and the local payment network in LatAm. Our main goal is to build fintech services and payment solutions locally, expanding our client's market reach in a much faster and more effective way.
We are looking for someone to join our internal compliance and legal team, responsible for ensuring the company complies with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
This is a hybrid position based in Belo Horizonte/MG or can be remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support business areas on Compliance matters to ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable regulations;
- Review and execution of KYs during client onboarding;
- Contract negotiation and review;
- Meetings with clients;
- Liaison with other departments, suppliers, and partners;
- Knowledge of national legislation;
- Research on international legislation;
- Implement and update policies to comply with Central Bank requirements;
- Assess and identify compliance risks.
Skills & Abilities
- Law degree, preferably with an active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association license);
- Fluent English (will be tested);
- Experience with regulatory matters in a Payment Institution or Financial Institution;
- Strong and clear communication skills;
- Organization and attention to detail.
