Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $55K annually Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with employer contributions Paid time off and paid holidays Monthly internet stipend to support remote work Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that supports injured workers What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients in target markets Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and campaigns to introduce solutions Schedule sales appointments, demos, and meetings for the Sales Team Track and manage lead activity in CRM for accurate reporting Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to exceed lead generation goals What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing experience; Workers' Compensation or healthcare preferred Proven success in meeting lead generation and appointment-setting goals Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in phone sales Experience with CRM and marketing automation software; HubSpot proficiency preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in the healthcare or Workers' Compensation industries Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to work from a HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable high-speed internet We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
