We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to drive our lead generation and sales efforts.
This role involves identifying potential customers, engaging with prospects, and qualifying leads to create new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.Qualify potential leads to ensure a strong sales pipeline.Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM software.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.Achieve key performance metrics, including outreach targets and lead conversion rates.Requirements:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement tools.Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
