**Essential Functions**- Manages the client budget, billing and invoicing- Provides support to Translations PM admin activities such quoting, receivables and payables among others.- Supports the creation, administration and cost control of POs- Sales and account management administrative support- Communicates with IQVIA project teams on set up of studies- Supports ITS adoption in terms of connecting with project teams- Supports vendor payment process and the setup on the payments platform.- Supports any other Operations activities prioritized by the Direction of the Operations team.- When manager is unavailable, use initiative to review and prioritize activities, taking action or escalating critical matters as appropriate.- Assist in the development and design of improved administrative procedures to promote the timely processing and submission of all administrative deliverables.- Develop and implement an efficient work flow and information tracking/retrieval system across all assigned projects, and maintain/archives files and records.- May provide support and guidance to new or more junior members of staff.- Perform other duties as required.**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:- Bachelor Degree in (Business Management, Accounting, Life Science, International Relations or related field)- Advanced English.- Minimum of 1-2 year's direct experience in the activities or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.- Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- You will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers.**CV must be submit in English**- IQVIA is committed to embracing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
