Job Summary:
  • End-to-End Product Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless alignment between stakeholders and developers.
  • Communication and Alignment : Drive daily standups, foster clarity on scope, and ensure follow-through to delivery, all while maintaining a clear and concise communication style.
  • Strategic Planning and Delivery : Plan OKRs/roadmap, break initiatives into epics/stories, manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and quality, all within a structured Jira and Confluence framework.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing : Perform exploratory testing, reproduce issues, triage, and file actionable bug cards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Performance Metrics : Provide regular stakeholder reports, maintain AI-generated minutes of every daily meeting, and generate weekly/monthly summaries for developer performance evaluation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years Experience : Proven track record in senior-level Product Ownership/Product Management with a focus on shipping and iterating successfully.
  • Fluent English : Ability to lead daily standups, write specifications, and align requirements with international stakeholders.
  • Technical Background : Software development experience or equivalent technical background, comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, data models, and reviewing code/PRs at a high level.
  • Tooling Expertise : Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Slack, and Google Sheets.
