Job Summary
As a Customer Development Executive you will be responsible for professionally representing the Colgate Palmolive company, managing the relationship with our partners in terms of trust and respect, marketing and developing the 5p's in different product categories in order to increase sales profitably , improve distribution levels and market share, in accordance with our business principles.
Responsibilities

Implement CP's commercial strategies, ensuring the correct execution of the 5p's at the point of sale, seeking to generate benefits for our customers and for CP, proactively understanding our customers' needs and recommending solutions to the different requirements of the retail environment. Achieve assigned territory sales objectives. Monitoring the territory's performance, promoting periodic JVP and T2T meetings.
