Role About the job and its activities. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Responsibilities Conduct the recruitment and selection processes for executive positions in Brazil and other countries. Adopt the best market strategies and act consultatively with the client and market professionals. Carry out the entire R&S process from screening, mapping of market, interviews, and process management with internal clients and candidates. Work in collaboration with recruiters to guarantee the best talents for our clients' businesses. Develop a schedule for the projects as well as accompany them. Set goals and indicators of quality, assertiveness, and diversity. Guarantee the communication and feedback process for all candidates not processed. Process The steps involved in being recruited for this job: Shortlist Interview Feedback Payment and legalization Estimated process time is 15 days .
