We are seeking a skilled Software Support Engineer to join our team. This role is a hybrid of application support and development, focusing on resolving issues, debugging, and automating repetitive tasks while also contributing enhancements and small fixes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical issues related to software applications.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve application functionality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Requirements:

Technical Skills
  • Strong experience in software development with Java.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments, bash scripting, and debugging tools.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and SDLC tools (e.g., GitLab, JIRA, incident management).
