We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to provide clients with standardized and customized administrative services, continuously improving service satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for office space planning, site selection and inspection for leasing, office renovation, handover and takeover, as well as restoration and lease termination processes.
In this role, you will manage the office environment, handle emergency incidents, ensure safety management, and oversee the daily management and performance of the administrative team.
- Provide exceptional client care through prompt and courteous service delivery.
- Manage office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions and efficient use of resources.
