DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Atender as solicitações e os processos diariamente conforme pedidos/prioridades.
- Distribuir demandas/tarefas para a operação (suprimento, separação, conferência e recebimento).
- Liderar o time de auxiliares de logística e analistas de logísticas.
- Acompanhar o fluxo operacional de recebimento, conferência, etiquetagem, separação, expedição, retorno, tratativas e insumos.
- Participar ativamente de atividades de inventário.
- Garantir o preenchimento dos controles internos e externos pelo time.
- Efetuar a manutenção de relatórios, indicadores e participar de reuniões com os clientes.
- Realizar a gestão dos indicadores de performance da sua área de atuação e desenvolver planos de ação imediatos para correção sempre que necessário.
- Direcionar os novos colaboradores auxiliares de logísticas.
- Realizar a gestão dos indicadores de performance da sua área de atuação.
- Promover o engajamento e interação do time de auxiliares de logísticas.
- Realizar os controles operacionais relacionados a sua equipe (presença, absenteísmo, hora extra, turnover).
- Garantir a execução do trabalho padrão conforme definição em instrução de trabalho operacional e treinamento recebido.
**Requirements**:
- Ensino superior completo ou cursando Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
- Excel intermediário;
- Inglês básico;
