Each of our approximately 20,000 employees is driven by a commitment to our client's success, and a culture of strong execution, purposeful innovation, and challenging industry conventions.Our vision is to drive real change in the energy industry and our corporate strategy has always been focused on successfully delivering that vision.**Quality Manager****Introduction to the Job**We are looking for an experienced **Quality Manager **who can join our multicultural team in Rio de Janeiro**Job description**- Stimulate the creation of an environment focused on zero-defect standards and the prevention of non-conformities, where compliance is the natural result of well-designed, tested, and implemented processes;- Align the Quality practices, acting in the decision making process of global practices in order to achieve the goals and objectives in common, participating in management/strategic meetings and unfolding the projects to be executed;- Ensure the alignment between the Quality processes in the project activities in order to maintain the best practice, standardization and uniformity pre-established;- Support the engineering disciplines in interfacing with third party entities;- Promote continuous improvement in the processes, through the monitoring of Quality Indicators, process inspections, internal audits, investigation of non-conformities, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions;- Meet and/or exceed the various demands of the projects to ensure the continuous flow of project development and continuous improvement of the quality of its processes;- Ensure that identified non-conformities are recorded, dealt with and closed effectively;- Ensure the analysis and dissemination of Quality Indicators for the areas/projects;- Supporting the project management in the interface with the customers' inspection teams to ensure their satisfaction and the fulfillment of the pre-established requirements, aiming at meeting the delivery deadlines;- Ensure the delivery of the equipment produced in the company and subcontracted, within the previously established requirements, aiming at meeting the deadlines and costs for each project.- Location: Eco Sapucai - Rio de Janeiro**You are meant for this job if**- Bachelor of Engineering and Postgraduate Diploma- Experience in the Quality area- Experience in managing non-conformance investigations- Strong focus on prioritization- Experience in the oil and gas industry- Customer relationship- Advanced English;Learn more about TechnipFMC and find other open positions by visiting our Career Page.Follow us on LinkedIn for company updates.- TechnipFMC promotes inclusion and diversity, guaranteeing equal opportunities to everyone, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender expression, disability or any other plurality._
