As Sales Specialist in Wireline Services, you will deliver successful customer outcomes through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships, and thorough business understanding.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Engage in revenue planning, sales strategies, evaluating market and growing share.
- Responsible for commercial and technical proposals, engaging with commercial team and other departments (HR, Geoscience, Operations, FP&A, Logistics, and others).
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Engage in sales effort with other product lines sales members for integrated opportunities
- Market intelligence, analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Follow-up accounts receivable process from invoicing to payment and collection.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- 3+ years' sales experience
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Wireline field engineer experience
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information clearly and concisely.
- Have a natural ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with customers
- Demonstrate the appetite to learn and manage and execute complex customer projects to success.
- Be a good team player and enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others.
- Be open to developing your career and opportunities with an exciting, innovative, global technology company.
- Have a desire to lead and develop business strategies and plan for success.
