Job Overview

The Commercial Excellence Leader plays a pivotal role in driving profitable revenue growth through strategic oversight of the inquiry-to-order (ITO) process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate risk and reward balance, considering factors such as terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, security of payment
  • Develop and maintain prices and conditions with granularity, adhering to predefined contract price frameworks
  • Promote business value propositions to customers and internal stakeholders, enhancing customer experience through solution-based selling
  • Collaborate closely with Global Headquarters teams, including market intelligence, sales, technical sales, and commercial contracts teams
  • Ensure integrity and governance of all commercial processes, policies, and procedures
  • Work with regional sales teams to build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline, ensuring visibility to Global Headquarters teams
  • Develop segment commercial strategies for assigned regions, collaborating with Global Headquarters teams
  • Own segment pricing initiatives/projects within assigned regions
  • Support early engagement teams with region EE opportunities and tenders
  • Own MW opportunities and tenders, working collaboratively with Global Headquarters Commercial Operations teams
  • Drive simplification of contractual needs and responses through standardization, knowledge sharing, and best practices
  • Conduct reviews on high-value strategic deals lost, communicating takeaways and follow-up actions
