**Position based in Rio de Janeiro/RJ. Hybrid work - from office and home.**

You'll be the customer facing staff taking ownership of operational plans to meet business needs and contribute to the execution of successful sales strategies. You'll deliver successful outcomes for key industry players and challenges through innovation, custom solutions, business understanding and building relationships.
**As a Sr Sales Manager - LATAM, you will be responsible for**:
- Providing commercial leadership to the Subsea Production Systems business in Latam delivering orders, targets and growth in the market;
- Developing customer relationships to increase early engagement and product adaption;
- Owning and developing your sales pipeline;
- Understanding customer requirements and competitor approaches to improve your sales strategies;
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logístical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be fluent in English and Portuguese (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills.
- Have solid experience in Subsea Production Systems and related
equipment;
- Have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or related as long as the professional have solid experience in SPS ;
- Show great sales and marketing experience;
- Have experience in developing account plans and strategy and proactively growing business;
- Demonstrate good written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences;
- Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
