
Sales Leadership in LATAM

In this strategic sales leadership position, you will drive the entire sales cycle for LATAM, encompassing CWI Early Engagement, opportunity creation, tendering, customer engagement, upsales, and sales business cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of CWI opportunity pipeline
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Promoting business value propositions to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaboration with Global PL Headquarters (HQ) and Region OFSE Sales & Commercial teams
- Providing pricing recommendations for new opportunities and contracts
- Collaborating across functional groups - engineering, quality, HSE, commercial, legal, finance, etc. to deliver targeted offers to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Experience in a Sales role
- Experience in completions and wellbore intervention
- Proven experience dealing with complex tenders focusing on NOCs (Pemex, Petrobras, etc.) and other IOC
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Bilingual business fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese desired
