Lead and motivate teams, managing both internal and external talent. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS or equivalent) in technology, engineering, business administration, or related fields. Solid experience in managing presales and sales teams, preferably in technology or enterprise solutions companies. Proven knowledge of the software industry and eBusiness solutions. Demonstrated leadership, presentation, and people management skills. Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and collaborative team player. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with mid and senior management. Languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English. Willingness to travel as required. Experience working in multinational/regional environments is highly valued. Location: São Paulo or Mexico City. Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level. Employment type: Full-time.
