Job Title: Solar Module Sales Manager/Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Module Sales Manager/Director to drive the growth of our solar module sales business in Brazil.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, building strong business relationships with potential partners, establishing sales targets and ensuring they are met through proactive sales initiatives, supporting marketing efforts for regional campaigns, gathering and analyzing customer feedback and market trends to help shape product strategy and roadmap, engaging with industry players to understand their business needs, developing customized proposals to respond to customers' tender requirements, identifying new market segments and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to align on product delivery and schedule expectations, and participating in product design reviews to ensure quality meets standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regional market analysis focusing on supply/demand trends, government policies, competitors' activities, and the performance of key distributors and installers.
  • Build strong business relationships with potential partners including distributors, installers, and consultants.
  • Establish sales targets and ensure they are met through proactive sales initiatives.
  • Support marketing efforts for regional campaigns.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to help shape product strategy and roadmap.
  • Engage with industry players to understand their business needs.
  • Develop customized proposals to respond to customers' tender requirements.
  • Identify new market segments and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to align on product delivery and schedule expectations.
  • Participate in product design reviews to ensure quality meets standards.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the solar module industry.
  • Proven ability to generate sales and develop business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with customer procurement processes and decision-making skills.
  • Financial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to travel up to 50-60% of the time.
  • Fluent local language and English is essential.
