Job Title: Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth and expansion in the LATAM market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE LONG-TERM SUCCESS.
  • CREATE AND EXECUTE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PLANS TO EXPAND INTO NEW MARKETS.
  • IDENTIFY AND PURSUE NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES, INCLUDING PREPARATION OF SALES PROPOSALS AND CONTRACTS.
  • SERVE AS THE PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT FOR ALL ACCOUNT MATTERS.
  • COLLABORATE WITH PRODUCT MANAGEMENT TO PRIORITIZE ACCOUNT BUSINESS GROWTH.
  • ENSURE ALIGNMENT BETWEEN ACCOUNT FORECAST AND MANUFACTURING S&OP PROCESS.
  • ATTEND INDUSTRY FUNCTIONS AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON MARKET TRENDS.
Requirements:
  • EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES.
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF DRIVING GROWTH AND EXPANSION IN EMERGING MARKETS.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
