Job Title We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to play a vital role in ensuring the continued growth and satisfaction of our expanding customer base. Responsibility for client portfolio management, including account retention and onboarding. Streamlining supplier and client integration onto our platform to maximize service utilization. Overseeing project validation – verifying configuration, legal documents, and purchase orders. Monitoring project renewals and managing purchase order receptions. About You As a motivated and detail-oriented professional, you will thrive in an environment where collaboration and problem-solving are key. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese. Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or related fields. A degree in Communication, Management, IT, Business, or similar field. Analytical mindset with ability to manage complexity and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
