Run internal processes to detect warm introductions via the BairesDev network. Build and update org charts, stakeholder maps, and relationship heatmaps. Identify adjacent stakeholders with influence and build outreach plans. Develop AI agents to automate tasks. Deliver packaged insights for Account Manager review prior to account plan creation. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development. Advanced proficiency in English. Benefits 100% remote work from anywhere.
