What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage subsidiary-based and global projects within the scope of new product development
  • Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals and consulting with key stakeholders
  • Maintain project schedules by monitoring progress and resolving risks or obstacles
  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures and facilitate design history files for assigned projects
  • Communicate project status to management and stakeholders, including metrics and constraints
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field preferred
  • Formal Project Management training required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Awareness of Integrated Operating Rooms technologies and products
  • Knowledge of hospital protocols, PHI, and FDA guidelines
  • Experience with project management systems, preferably Workfront
  • Demonstrated ability to balance business and technical risks
