We believe in collaboration, delivering on our promises and that people make the difference._**Purpose of the position**:**Kalmar Brazil **is looking for a** Product Support Area Manager.****Main tasks and responsibilities**:- Provide technical support and product knowledge to Kalmar and Kalmar representatives worldwide, prioritized the Latam area;- Warranty handling within the assigned market area;- Product quality feedback and re-claiming toward suppliers;- Collect and provide product quality feedback to concerned functions and projects within the Division of Counter Balanced;- Product Lifetime Care Process (PLC), participate in meeting forums and take part in the information and actions that are deemed necessary;- Participate in NPD project for assigned machine model;- Act as a part of the “Task Force” in the investigation of incidents and participate in further collaboration when and if needed;**What you’ll need to succeed**:Ideally you have:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience- Product knowledge and experience of after sales support globally- Advance english proficiency**You will be part of**:We believe in our people as it is our people who really make the difference.
