
Product Support Area Manager

**Purpose of the position**:
**Kalmar Brazil **is looking for a** Product Support Area Manager.**
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to Kalmar and Kalmar representatives worldwide, prioritized the Latam area;
- Warranty handling within the assigned market area;
- Product quality feedback and re-claiming toward suppliers;
- Collect and provide product quality feedback to concerned functions and projects within the Division of Counter Balanced;
- Product Lifetime Care Process (PLC), participate in meeting forums and take part in the information and actions that are deemed necessary;
- Participate in NPD project for assigned machine model;
- Act as a part of the “Task Force” in the investigation of incidents and participate in further collaboration when and if needed;
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
Ideally you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Product knowledge and experience of after sales support globally
- Advance english proficiency
