What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles, collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align on staffing needs throughout the recruitment process
  • Advise on recruitment best practices and ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) policies
  • Create effective screening and interview tools to identify top candidates
  • Maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) for a seamless recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
  • 1+ year of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in an affirmative action organization
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes along with sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and applicants at all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven track record of innovative recruiting initiatives and campaigns
  • Experience with SAP and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • PHR certification
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
