to our Demand
Marketing
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Demand Marketing Manager and is designated Flex.
**Responsibility**
- Collaborate with marketing and business partners to execute marketing activities that aligns with sales strategies
- Assist demand marketing managers with activities such as webinars, live events, physical events, social media copies, advertising, content generation, and project management
- Cooperate in the administrative tasks working closely with the extended marketing
- Partner with sales teams to understand their goals, processes, and clients
- Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Utilize multiple analytic tools to track and evaluate the performance of individual initiatives
- Provide insights and actively search for different ways to reach the audience across different segments
**What You Bring**:
**Basic**
- Currently pursuing a bachelor or specialized master's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field and enrolled during the term of the internship
- Fluent in English
**Preferred**
- 2+ years of related academic or work experience
- Strong writing and communication skills, both in Portuguese and English- Analytical, structured, well-organized, process-oriented, with a logical mindset- High commitment to deadlines and quality- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities- Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills- Attention to detail, systems processes, and organizational skills
