Electrification Marketing Role

This position plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, focusing on demand generation and positioning ABB solutions within the Latin American market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will design and execute product marketing plans for the LATAM region, defining product positioning and value proposition.
  • Lead generation and support for the sales team will be based on regional marketing and growth strategies.
  • The individual will develop annual marketing plans and demand generation strategies in alignment with product groups.
  • A key aspect of the role is conducting market and competitor analysis, sharing insights and data with internal teams.
  • Supporting the sales team with training, technical materials, and portfolio guidance will also be a crucial responsibility.
  • Ensuring commercial execution promotes initiatives enhancing customer satisfaction is another vital task.
  • Driving actions to increase Net Promoter Score (NPS) will require a results-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields is required.
  • Experience with low and medium voltage portfolios, especially in services areas, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms like Pardot is also essential.
  • Previous experience in market marketing and business development is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate/advanced Spanish and advanced English for verbal communication are required.
