Procurement Expert

Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial supplier relationships to drive business growth and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

  • Identify and engage suppliers that meet our standards for quality, sustainability, and ethics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that balance commercial needs with supply chain risks.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or buying within the fashion, beauty, or cosmetics industries.
  • Strong knowledge of global markets and supplier networks in Brazil and Latin America.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred).
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Management, or a related field.
