Job Title: Operations Manager This is a key role for someone who can facilitate smooth operations and ensure seamless execution of tasks. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with at least seven years of experience in Executive Support, Operations, or Integrator roles. We are looking for someone with strong integrator and operational management skills to support our team's day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to develop and implement organizational strategies that align with company goals. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate trackers and summary reports, optimizing processes, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from scratch. In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to take initiative without close supervision and keep executives focused on what matters most. You will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Requirements: At least seven years of experience in Executive Support, Operations, or Integrator roles Experience supporting a Founder or Executive in a Salon, Spa, Aesthetic, or Wellness brand Strong integrator and operational management skills Mastery of English communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework Basic design knowledge for editing branded visual assets About This Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and make a real impact.
