Job Description: As a seasoned talent acquisition expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's hiring strategy. This involves analyzing market trends, influencing key decisions with data-driven insights, and building diverse pipelines in competitive markets. You will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across various functions, including Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market. Your primary goal will be to own strategic hiring processes while serving as a consultative partner to leaders, crafting an exceptional candidate experience. Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across technical and GTM roles in LATAM Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to define needs, design interview processes, and drive outcomes Proactively source using advanced tools to build strong, diverse pipelines Translate talent market research into actionable strategies (competitors, compensation, availability) Own candidate experience with timely, transparent communication and smooth process flow Utilize AI and recruiting technologies to increase speed, quality, and signal throughout the funnel Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (DEI, interview calibration, talent analytics) Required Skills and Qualifications: Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proven track record of successful talent acquisition and recruitment Strong analytical and data analysis skills Knowledge of AI and recruiting technologies Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles Benefits: This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's hiring strategy and contribute to its growth and success.
