**Job Description**:
You will work hand-to-hand with the Brand partnerships Manager and will be responsible for the commercial development of the partnership's activity : prospecting, negotiating and deploying partnerships with major brands at the LATAM and/or global level on the whole portfolio of Ubisoft's licenses (Just Dance, Rabbids, Assassin's Creed, Rainbow Six and other projects still confidential projects,...).
Your field of action is varied: in-game brand integration (product placement, in-game challenges,...), license sales, promotional operations with 360° activations (on-pack promotions, brand content, digital campaigns, PR, events,...).
You will be responsible for monitoring your P&L and helping the Brand Partnerships Manager achieving the turnover of the "partnerships" activity.
**1. You will be responsible for the development of the business through the search for new partners**:
- You will be responsible for the development of a client prospecting plan to identify all the brands to be targeted for each game in order to maximize revenue and/or marketing contribution.
- Creating tailor-made commercial and financial proposals for your prospects in close collaboration with Ubisoft's development studios and marketing teams.
- Create business presentations and pitch decks to support your negotiations
- Meet with your prospects and develop sales on this activity.
- Negotiate the best financial and legal terms with brands.
**2. Operational follow-up and deployment of new partnership contracts**:
- Operational deployment of signed deals (integration of our partners in our games and marketing campaigns, dedicated activations etc...)
- Monitoring the routine of the Projects, sharing with everyone involved (partner and Ubisoft teams) and ensuring that all deliveries are carried out on time and with the promised quality.
- Work in reports and post mortems to present the results internally and to partners
- Follow-up of the financial and marketing counterparts of the partner.
- Monitoring our financial results and contractual discussions.
**Qualifications**:
- You have at least 3 to 4 years' experience in a commercial/business development position in a company or agency.
- You are passionate about video games and have an excellent knowledge of the video game industry.
- You have a very strong commercial temperament; the spirit of a self-employed entrepreneur and you are motivated to develop a business.
- You also have a strong marketing and creative sensibility, able to create innovative activation concepts within the framework of partnerships.
- You have a very good level of oral and written communication, and you are able to work on several projects in parallel, organization is a strong skill for you.
- You are a good "sale", with strong negotiation skills.
- You are fluent in English.
