**The Role What will I be doing?**
We are looking for a **Customer Experience Manager **for the** Brazilian Market** in the **CX** **team. **You will **report directly to the Americas' Head of Customer Experience** and will work hand in hand with the other Area Managers to execute the best customer experience and also **retention**, and **satisfaction**. We are looking for a person who wants to get involved and contribute innovative ideas that have an **impact on our business**.
**What will I be doing?**
- Achieve the goals of **support **and** account management, **such as customer satisfaction, retention and growth
- **Hiring **to make the team grow
- Ensure that the **KPIs** of your team are achieved
- Get the **feedback **of our customers into **proposals for our product team**:
- Be constantly **analyzing data** in order to **improve or change internal processes**:
- **Take care of the team** and keep people motivated
**Requirements**:
- **2+ years **of experience in a **management role **leading a team
- **Customer support **experience
- Experience in **Start ups **and **Saas**:
- Exceptional **analytical** and **problem-solving** skills
- Exceptional** interpersonal skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English and Portuguese**:
- Able to work in a constantly changing environment and dynamics
- Ability to work in an** international team set up**:
- Able to manage and **prioritize **multiple responsibilities
- Based in São Paulo
