**Your Tasks**:
**Brands Controller & Business Partner Personal Care**
The Marketing Controller will be responsible for planning, tracking, and analyzing marketing budget, innovations and promo actions, supporting decision-making through performance insights, ROI evaluations, and portfolio optimization. The purpose is to enable sustainable growth through financially sound brand strategies, aligned with global and regional guidelines
**Accountabilities**:
Ensure continuous monitoring, analysis, and reporting of brands P&L;
Lead the forecasting processes in close alignment with Brand teams and local Finance;
Provide financial support for brand strategies, innovation / launches and promo actions;
Act as Finance Business Partner to Marketing, providing transparency on investments and supporting the prioritization of activities based on financial impact;
Partner with Global/Regional controlling to ensure alignment with corporate standards and deliverables (brand P&L, dashboards, KPIs);
Contribute to the improvement of controlling processes, tools, and reporting frameworks, ensuring automation and harmonization where possible;
Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit processes when applicable.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Finance/Controlling
- Experience in marketing / brands controlling an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal/stakeholders management skill
- Analytical skills, proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a matrix organization structure and work with multiple stakeholders
- SAP experience
- Power BI knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
