What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive same-store sales and operational excellence across the district
  • Coach and develop store management teams to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and key partners to align business strategies
  • Implement cost-reduction strategies to maximize profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are consistently met by store teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Valid driver\'s license
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of multi-store management experience or 5 years of store management experience
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with using a laptop
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 75 lbs occasionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales reports and problem-solving strategies
  • Experience in a retail environment, particularly in fashion or accessories
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Previous experience operating a POS system
