Team Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer Intern in DiDi you will work with a multidisciplinary team in LATAM focusing on Mobility hiring.
In this role you will learn how to manage, prioritize and close searches against tight deadlines and have the experience to set benchmarks, metrics, and work towards hitting SLAs. You’ll thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, not afraid to roll up your sleeves, work hard and have a lot of fun while doing it
This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with Recruiters and the business to create proactive soucring strategies, and act as a thought partner to our business leaders to help them grow their teams in a thoughtful, strategic way.
Role Responsibilities:
- Create talent mappings for our hiring managers to provide valuable market insights;
Role Qualifications:
- Studying bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related courses;
- Fluent English at a professional level;
- Good verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills;
- Experience in sourcing in a high-volume environment is a plus;
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, ATS, etc will be a plus.
