We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join an international team and play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting the recruitment strategy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and source top talent.
  • Create and publish job postings to attract the right candidates.
  • Review resumes and identify qualified profiles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates.
  • Facilitate assessments and background checks when needed.
  • Keep candidate databases accurate and up to date.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
