We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Sourcer
to join an international team and play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting the recruitment strategy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and source top talent.
- Create and publish job postings to attract the right candidates.
- Review resumes and identify qualified profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates.
- Facilitate assessments and background checks when needed.
- Keep candidate databases accurate and up to date.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Professional proficiency in English
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Nice to have: Multilingual abilities or previous experience in international industries
