Key Roles and Responsibilities Develop business strategies, engage in marketing activities, manage channel operations, and oversee teams in the Sao Paulo region of Brazil. Establish and implement sales targets for the sales team, monitor progress, and evaluate effectiveness. Identify new opportunities for Network Energy projects in Brazil and drive their development. Provide daily guidance and mentorship to the local sales team in India to enhance their skills and capabilities. Required Qualifications and Skills A minimum of 4 years of industry experience in Network Energy, with a strong background in project sales and market knowledge. Familiarity with UPS systems, Precision AC products, data centers, and competitors is essential. Excellent English language proficiency is required.
