Responsável pelo processo de atendimento ao cliente de ponta a ponta, garantindo a satisfação em cada ponto de contato.
Responsável por liderar e resolver reclamações de clientes e pelo suporte regional na América Latina (OEMs e DOEMs).
Responsável por apoiar o crescimento de OEMs na região da América Latina, sendo o elo entre gerentes de conta, atendimento ao cliente, prontidão de canal, DFSEs, treinamento técnico, garantia, distribuidores/revendedores, NRP e OEMs.
Responsável por apoiar a introdução de novos produtos e produtos atuais na região LATAM no campo e na fábrica do México.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualificações
Graduação em Engenharia ou equivalente.
Experiência em engenharia, atendimento e suporte ao cliente, aftermarket (peças e serviços), modelo de distribuição/revendedor e região LATAM nos mercados automotivo, de ônibus, agrícola, marítimo, O&G, mineração, PUs e G-Drive.
Inglês, espanhol e português avançados.
