SummaryAs an Account Executive for Deel Talent, you'll help customers hire top talent globally by connecting them with trusted talent partners within the Deel platform. You'll identify client needs, manage the sales cycle end-to-end, and help customers scale their teams through global talent acquisition. This role focuses specifically on selling Deel Talent solutions and requires developing a strong understanding of Deel's product suite.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and deeply understand client hiring needs to recommend the right Deel Talent solution and related Deel Products (EOR, IC, COR, Global Payroll, US PEO)
- Deliver tailored demos of the Deel platform and Deel Talent solution
- Collaborate with talent partners to align client demand with available talent
- Work closely with core AEs and Expansion consultants
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and forecasting data in our CRM
- Foster strong relationships across the sales org to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Customer Success, Human Resources, or related field—or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, recruiting solutions, or global workforce platforms
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and working with external partners or talent networks is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation, and pipeline management
